These courses can delivered at our UK, German, US offices or on your own premises. Each training can be customized to suit your specific needs.

To complement the instructor led training we also specialise in the development and deployment of high quality eLearning materials.

Experience
Our training team is made up of experienced consultants, many of whom are former Oracle employees, who not only have an unrivalled expertise in the software, but also excel in delivering a captivating and engaging training experience.
Each instructor can draw on a wealth of experience in both delivering training and implementing and using the applications at a wide variety of customers from small CROs to the largest pharmaceutical companies.

Delivery
Training is always delivered using a mixture of presentation, demonstrations and hands on exercises.
The supporting materials have been developed as part of our RapidLIVE offering to provide an interesting and varied backdrop to the topics being taught. Slides include conceptual graphics to simplify often complex concepts. Whenever there is a screenshot it is annotated with the menu path used. Informative notes are used to highlight important points and step-by-step instructions are included that can be used as cheat sheets once the training is complete.

A complete set of training documentation is provided in electronic form for internal reference.

Training can be delivered in English, French or German.
