Statement Regarding Coronavirus
In light of the increasing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic globally, pharmasol would like to take this opportunity to reassure our clients and community that we do not envision any impact to our day-to-day operations nor business/system availability & continuity. We have robust systems and procedures in place to ensure we can continue to provide excellent client care and that we maintain our usual high standards.
While the situation continues to evolve, we remain focused on our core values:
The health and welfare of our staff are paramount. pharmasol has always provided the tools and the flexibility for staff to manage their time and tasks remotely. The Executive Management Team have contacted all staff to assure them that they are fully supported over the coming months and will do everything in their power to help mitigate any disruption to work and family life.
Patient Safety is at the centre of everything we do at pharmasol. We are confident that our Business Continuity Planning will ensure that the systems and infrastructure we provide in order to meet our industry’s obligation to capture, assess and report adverse event data will continue without interruption. Additionally, we have been in contact with our data centre provider, Inexio, who has confirmed that they have robust business continuity procedures in place to ensure unhindered service.
Given our de-centralized structure, we are able to continue to provide the high-quality support and service that our customers have come to expect. pharmasol has the tools and experience to facilitate many of our typical face-to-face interactions on a remote basis during these unusual times, including;

As such, we expect the impact to these activities to be limited.
In-line with the majority of advice coming from local authorities and governments, we have suspended all non-essential travel for all pharmasol staff. This includes both international and local site visits. We have additionally suspended all visits to our HQ. However, we are confident that a combination of our well-established decentralized staff model and the robust procedures and systems highlighted above, we can continue to support all of our clients through these uncertain times.
